Refund Policy

At High Society Club, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to making sure you have a positive experience with our products.

1. No Refunds

All cannabis and accessory sales are final and non-refundable, in accordance with state and local regulations.

2. Exchanges

If you are completely dissatisfied with a product, you may be eligible for an exchange for an item of equal value. Exchanges are granted at our discretion and must meet the following guidelines:

  • The request must be made within [insert timeframe—recommend 48–72 hours] of purchase.

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • The product cannot be consumed beyond a reasonable amount (state rules may apply).

  • Exchanges may only be offered for quality or defect concerns, not for personal preference.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged, including but not limited to:

  • Heavily used or emptied products

  • Opened edibles

  • Any item that shows signs of tampering
