1. Eligibility for Shipping

Shipping is not automatic. All customers must receive management approval before any order can be shipped. Approval is granted on a case-by-case basis and only where permitted by state and local regulations.

2. Identity Verification Required

To request shipping approval, customers must:

• Contact High Society Club management directly

• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID

• Submit proof of identity that matches the billing and shipping information

• Be of legal age to purchase cannabis in their jurisdiction

We reserve the right to deny shipping requests if identity cannot be verified or if the request does not comply with applicable regulations.

3. Shipping Approval Process

1. Customer contacts management using the communication channels below

2. We review the request and verify your identification

3. Once approved, we will coordinate shipping arrangements and shipping costs

4. Orders will only be shipped after full approval and confirmation

Shipping will not proceed without successful identity verification.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to strict regulations surrounding cannabis distribution:

• We may only ship to approved locations

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes

• Shipments may require adult signature upon delivery

If shipping is not legally allowed in your area, we cannot process your shipment.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims when applicable.
